We want your experience with PaperPrints to be smooth and fair. Here's how we handle order cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation — Before Acceptance

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the print shop accepts it. In the app, go to your order and tap "Cancel Order." Once a vendor accepts your order, cancellation is subject to the vendor's discretion.

2. Order Rejected by Vendor

If a vendor rejects your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No action is required from your side.

3. Order Not Fulfilled

If a vendor accepts your order but fails to fulfil it (e.g., shop closes unexpectedly, technical failure), you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at paperprintsofficial@gmail.com with your order number, and we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Quality Issues

If you receive prints that are significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong pages, severe print defects), please contact us within 24 hours of collecting your order at paperprintsofficial@gmail.com with: • Your order number • A description of the issue • Photos of the defective prints We will review the case and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund or arrange a reprint. Decisions are made at our discretion in good faith.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: • The order has been collected and there are no defects • The issue is caused by errors in the file you uploaded (e.g., incorrect content, low resolution) • You entered incorrect print specifications (pages, copies, colour mode) and the vendor printed correctly to those specifications • You changed your mind after the order was printed • The cancellation request was made after the vendor marked the order as READY for pickup

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method: • UPI / Bank transfer: 3–5 business days • Credit / Debit card: 5–7 business days Refunds are processed through Cashfree Payments. Processing times are subject to your bank's clearing schedule, which is outside our control.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at paperprintsofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order Number]." Include your order number, the reason for the request, and any supporting evidence. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available at paperprints.store/refund-policy. Continued use of PaperPrints constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
